Return and Exchange Policy

These terms and conditions of return and exchange policy apply to all products of Al-Arbash Palace for Gold and Jewelry:

Exchange and return policy:

1. The item can be replaced within three days from the date of purchase only.
2. The item can be replaced - for the agreed period - if the tag is added.
3. Special orders or product modifications cannot be exchanged.
4. If the customer wants to return the piece, it will be settled at the old gold price without workmanship.

Exchange and return terms:

1. Replace with the same value.
2. The parts are not used.
3. The parts are not subject to damage.
4. Bring the invoice.
5. From the same branch.
6. Tag stay.
